Henry & Clara Ford Estate Mansion, located in Dearborn, Michigan was built in 1909 by Architect Joseph N. French -William van Tine,Marion Mahony Griffin,Frank Lloyd Wright, and landscaper Jens Jensen.
The Home of Henry and Clara Ford the famous Automobile maker of Ford Motor Company was home from 1915 until 1950, in 1957 Clara Ford passed Away and Estate was given to Ford Motor Company and in 1957 Ford Motor company donated the estate to the university of Michigan and parts of the farmland was donated to build Henry Ford College 1n 1966 - In 2013 ownership of the Estate transferred from university to the Henry Ford Estate Inc, which also owns Edsel and Eleanor Ford Estate in Grosse Pointe Shores as a Museum.
